SHIPPING INFORMATION
The delivery prices are conditioned by the contents of the package (measures and weight) and the postal code.

In-store pick up is a free service. You can pick up your order at our store: Carrer Bailén 12, local 08010 Barcelona.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If you receive a damaged item please keep it assembled in its original packaging, please take pictures of the item together with the packaging and the shipping label to report if there are visible damages on the box and send them to our email info@leseines.com.
Any complaint must be reported within 14 days from the receipt of the package.
This is the only politicy we will follow for a correct return. As long as we can fix or replace the item we won’t make any refund. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can make a return within 14 days after the day of delivery. All the costs of returns are borne by the customer.
The product must be in perfect condition and returned with its complete original packaging. It has to be delivered to Carrer Bailén, 12 local, 08010, Barcelona within 14 days.
DELIVERY:
If after two attempts delivery of your parcel becomes impossible, please get in contact with the transport company indicated on the label to solve the problem delivery. Otherwise the package could return to the sender. If the parcel comes back to the store, the client will have to pay for the shipping fees once again.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days and applies when product is standard, in stock, non-customized and not made to order.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Marble products sold through this website are made to order and manufactured specifically after the customer’s order has been confirmed and payment has been received In accordance with article 103 of the spanish customer and user protection act and art article 16 of directuve 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Therefore returns or refunds are not accepted for made to order or custom made products once production has started.
the customer cannot cancel the order or request a refund due to a change of mind or error in choise, or personal preference after manufacturing has begun.
This applies even if the order has not yet been delivered at the time the cancellation request is made.
