HOW TO BUY

To shop at LESEINES.com you just need to choose the pieces you want, add them to your cart and fill your billing details. You can then process your order by selecting your payment method; credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

All the vintage furniture and objects that we selected are unique pieces, it means that we don’t have more than one or two in stock. If you are interested in any sold out item please contact us at info@leseines.com

All the brands that we pick made very limited collections. If you need more information about any of the brands item, please contact us at info@leseines.com

The collection designed by LES EINES is available by pre-order. If you need more information about how to commission us your customized piece, please contact us at info@leseines.com

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship all our orders via Mailboxes. The delivery prices are conditioned by the contents of the package (measures and weight) and the postal code.

Our estimated arrival times:

Spain (Peninsula and Islands): Within 1-4 weeks

Europe: Within 2-6 weeks

Delivery times of pre – ordered collection designed by Les Eines may be affected by the number of pending orders we already have in the queue.

In-store pick up is a free service. You can pick up your order at our store: 

Carrer Bailén 12, local 08010 Barcelona.

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If you receive a damaged item please keep it unassembled in its original packaging, please take pictures of the item together with the packaging and the shipping label to report the damage and send them to our email info@leseines.com. Is the only way we have to manage a claim. We will assess the damage after that we will proceed to fix it or replace it. As long as we can fix or replace the item we won’t make any refund.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can make a return within 14 days after the day of delivery. All the costs of returns are borne by the customer. It is very important to know that in this case we don’t refund the money. We will only make a voucher available for your next purchase. The product must be in perfect condition and has to be delivered to Carrer Bailén, 12 local, 08010, Barcelona within 14 days.

If after two attempts delivery of your parcel becomes impossible, please get in contact with the transport company indicated on the label to solve the problem delivery. Otherwise the package could return to the sender.
